1. Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock pieces are typically processed and delivered the next day.

• Custom-Made Pieces: Because these items are expertly crafted specifically for you, please allow 5 to 15 days for production and delivery.

• Please note that orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Locations

We offer secure, direct delivery to ensure your items reach you safely. Currently, we deliver exclusively to Greater Cairo and Alexandria.

• Greater Cairo Delivery: 150 LE

  • Enjoy complimentary free delivery to Greater Cairo on all orders over 25,000 LE.

• Alexandria Delivery: 950 LE

3. Security, Packaging & Insurance

The safe transit of your gold pieces is our top priority.

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in secure, unmarked outer packaging to ensure the safety of the contents during transit. Your items will be beautifully packaged in our signature Karas Gold boxes inside.

• Fully Insured: Every shipment is fully insured by us until it reaches your doorstep.

• Signature Required: To guarantee the safe delivery of high-value items, a direct signature is required upon delivery.

4. Order Coordination

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team or delivery partner will contact you directly to coordinate a secure and convenient delivery time.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@karasgold.com or +201200234409 within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work closely with our delivery team to resolve the issue immediately.
