Find Your Perfect Fit: Ring Sizing Guide

Finding the exact ring size for your 18K gold piece is easier than you might think. Whether you are treating yourself to a new everyday essential or purchasing a surprise gift, use our simple at-home measuring methods below to find the perfect fit.

Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring (Most Accurate)

If you already own a ring that fits perfectly on the intended finger, this is the most accurate way to find your size. It is also the best method if you are buying a surprise gift!

  1. Select a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you intend to wear the new ring on.

  2. Place the ring over a ruler and measure the inside diameter (the distance straight across the inside of the ring) in millimeters (mm).

  3. Match your measurement to the "Inside Diameter" column in our Size Chart below.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

Don't have a ring to measure? You can easily measure your finger using a piece of string or a thin strip of paper.

  1. Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.

  2. Ensure it's pulled snug, but not too tight—it needs to be able to slide over your knuckle.

  3. Use a pen to mark the point where the string or paper overlaps.

  4. Unroll the string or paper and measure the length against a ruler in millimeters (mm). This is your circumference.

Match the measurement to the "Circumference" column in our Size Chart below.

💡 Expert Tips for the Best Fit

  • Time of Day: Your fingers tend to swell slightly throughout the day. For the most accurate measurement, measure your fingers at the end of the day when they are at their largest.

  • Temperature Matters: Cold weather can shrink your fingers, while heat and humidity can cause them to swell. Measure your finger at room temperature.

  • Consider the Band Width: If you are purchasing a ring with a thicker, statement band (like a wide textured Alyans), it will feel tighter than a thin, minimalist band. We recommend going up half a size for thicker bands.
